When looking to recruit a new employee – either due to a current employee leaving, or the creation of a new role within your company – it is vitally important to identify exactly the key competencies that are required. We will work closely with you to establish the defining elements of the role and, wherever possible, visit your company to gain a fuller understanding of your business.
The aim is to offer a consultative and practical approach, and to make the recruitment process as simple and straight forward as possible. Once the job specification has been provided, we will work hard on sourcing the appropriate candidates. For more senior roles, we will also carry out an Executive Search and work with you in identifying candidates that fulfil the requirements of your job specification. We take on a limited amount of vacancies at any one time to ensure that we can offer a consultative and dedicated service.
Communication is very important, and we will keep you fully updated throughout the whole process, take care of all interview arrangements and oversee the final job offer stage.
